1. A Process Model should be utilized to adequately capture the training needs of employees or clients. You’d need to Pinpoint the Problem, Confirm the Problem and Seek Solutions. 

2. The ADDIE Model Instructional Design Process would help you Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate pre-determined learning needs. 

3. Identifying skill gaps will require that you:  

  • Start with your company strategy. 
  • Identify Roles required to reach the goal. 
  • Create an inventory of skills for each role. 
  • Gather Data, Analyze, and Compare. 
  • Finally, Close the Skill gap. 

4. Maximize the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to achieve your tasks and goals.
